This is going to be a great reunion, and we need your help to bring as many people as we can. For the travel fund, so far we have raised $700 to help out classmates in need. However, we still need more funds in order to bring several enthusiastic classmates who are struggling to afford their travels from far away.

And for everyone who needs assistance for your travels, then please contact one of us on the travel fund committee, by July 3rd. We will be happy to consider your request. When you contact them, please send them the answers to the following three questions:

• Please investigate and provide the costs (with details) of the cheapest ticket from your country to (a) Albuquerque and (b) any US airport.
• What is the maximum amount of money you would be able to contribute for your travels to the reunion?
• Please explain your full financial circumstances.

These answers will help us decide how to distribute the funds based on the criteria that have been set. We will respond to your request by July 11th. Remember to reply to an individual person on the travel fund committee. All information will be kept confidential by the committee.
